SKAdNetwork is Apple’s privacy-focused attribution framework for measuring the effectiveness of app install campaigns, introduced to enhance user privacy on iOS.

To ensure your app can properly attribute installs and display ads from supported networks, you must include the relevant SKAdNetwork IDs in your app’s Info.plist. By including all the required IDs, your app has a better chance of displaying high-value (higher eCPM) ad campaigns from more networks.
